Our Mission
Every year, 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized in the United States. We refuse to accept that fate.
At Unleash the Paws, we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs and cats who have been forgotten, overlooked, or left behind. We specialize in the animals most rescues cannot take in, the sick, the injured, the neglected, the heartworm-positive, and those fighting parvo. These are the ones we choose to fight for.
Our focus is giving each animal a real second chance through medical care, rehabilitation, and love while they wait for their forever home.
We are a small nonprofit working tirelessly to pull dogs and cats from shelters and crisis situations, provide lifesaving care, and help them find safe, loving families.
Our vision is to one day build a sanctuary where animals can heal and be safe for as long as they need, until the right home comes along.
